Working with Industry

Pain is a major cause of discomfort and absence from work. When pain causes problems with work, employers and employees want to know what to do. Not all the pain from backache, neckache, repetitive strain and headaches (musculoskeletal conditions) may be caused by work, but workplace activities may trigger them, or make them worse. These conditions are some of the easiest to tackle effectively. Employers also have legal responsibility for their employees to prevent harm from the work environment.
