Dr John Reynolds is a consultant in Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Medicine and Sports Medicine. His main role is in assessing injury and providing diagnosis and management strategies. Sometimes he will treat the injury himself e.g. with cortisone injection or acupuncture. Other times he will direct the treatment via Physiotherapy or Chiropractic. On other occasions he may suggest onward referral for surgical opinion. In many ways he will act as a trouble-shooter for the more difficult cases being seen by other practitioners such as the chiropractors and physiotherapists. He is a very experienced and respected sports physician and has worked with elite athletes from many sports including Athletics, Rugby, Cricket, Football and Tennis.
John is recognised by all of the major insurers as a consultant.
