will be designed for your specific needs along side your chiropractic treatment.

intense course with much faster results.

Home exercises
Walking - (walking 30 minutes can use up to 135 kcals, strengthening the heart
and toning the legs)
Swimming - (swimming 20 minutes can use up to 100 kcals, avoids stress on joints
and has benefit for the heart and lungs)
Cycling - (cycling steadily for 20 minutes can use up to 100 kcals, strengthens the
heart, tones the legs and bottom and improves endurance)

Our on going exercise support is based on;
Step 1
As you make progress with your chiropractic treatment,exercises will be introduced.
You will also be asked to write down some goals that you want to achieve.
Your chiropractor will be able to plan a fitness programme that fits into your
lifestyle, which is not easy, especially if you like to vary your exercise routine. This will help underpin your treatment and strengthen the muscles to aid your recovery.
Step 2
Your chiropractor will work with you to design a programme tailored to your current
fitness level, your goals and medical history and of course, one that is achievable by you.
You will be shown how to do a variety of exercises using the correct technique for maximum benefit at home.
You will also be shown how to do exercises with the aid of basic equipment (fitness balls and elastic bands etc).
Step 3
Occasionally it is hard to motivate ourselves to exercise on a regular basis,
so your chiropractor will stay in frequent contact and support you when you visit
or by phone if there are prolonged periods between visits
