Helen is a keen sports player, playing hockey for Taunton Vale and is involved in triathlons and parkruns. Helen has a lot of experience in treating a range of patients, from supporting chiropractic and physiotherapy treatments, to working with competitive sports performers.

Helen has worked with men and women from a range of sports, including Hockey, Rugby Union, Athletics, Triathlon and Tennis. Past and current clients have included performers from a recreational level to national standard. Helen has also enabled those with general aches and pains from everyday life to return to or maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Office workers, gardening enthusiasts, keen dog walkers, parents and carers have all benefitted from Helen’s work.

Helen is a mum of 3 young children and understands the regular sprains, strains and injuries that can occur with busy lifestyles. If it is maintenance or aiding recovery from exercise or daily activity you require, there is every chance Sports Massage would be beneficial to you.
